Job Description: 

STI Taxand is expanding its tax practice and seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Athens-based team. Our practice spans in all areas of direct and indirect tax, including Transfer Pricing, corporate and international tax, energy tax, M&A tax, VAT, and employment taxes. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new leads.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns tailored to specific clients and channels.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and strategies.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of sales initiatives

Your Profile:

  • BSc Degree in Business / Finance / Economics or any other related degree,
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage,
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successfully a portfolio of clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in brand management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English (both spoken and written),
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus/EU.
